The 2023 is a carefully blended mix of 45% Mourvèdre, 35% Grenache, and 20% Syrah, aged 16 months in 400-liter French oak puncheons (44% new), reveals vibrant red and black fruits, peppery herbs, savory meat notes, and earthy underbrush. Medium to full-bodied, it delivers a smooth, pure palate with refined tannins, elegant finesse, and a lingering finish. Best enjoyed from 2026 to 2035.
